Every Automization service has a guarantee. This page says what happens if we don't meet it, and when you get money back. Fuller conditions are in our terms and conditions.

Before you're charged

When you order online, nothing is charged until we've reviewed your scope and confirmed it fits. For Hire AI developers, which starts with a 7-day trial, your card is charged only after the trial ends. For everything else, your card is authorised but not charged; if the scope doesn't fit, or we don't confirm within 7 days, the authorisation is released.

Conditions

  • When the clock starts: guarantee clocks start when the work goes live (for example the first day of live sending for outbound).
  • What we need from you: guarantees assume access, approvals and feedback are given on time. Delays on your side extend the deadline by the same time.
  • Outbound and PPC: outbound guarantees need an agreed target list; PPC guarantees need the minimum ad budget agreed on the first call.
  • Third-party costs aren't refundable: ad spend, creator fees and other costs paid on your behalf.
  • Cancelling a monthly service stops future charges. The current month isn't refunded unless a row above says so.
