Email deliverability checkerWill your emailsreach the inbox?
Enter your domain to check its SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX records against what Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook look for. Each problem comes with a plain-words fix. Free, no sign-up.
What it checks
Four records decide where your email lands.
MX says where your domain receives email. Without it, replies bounce and some receivers distrust the domain.
SPF lists the servers allowed to send as you. We check there's exactly one record, that it doesn't let anyone send (+all), and that it stays within the 10 DNS lookups the standard allows. Over 10, receivers treat SPF as broken.
DKIM signs every email with a key published in your DNS, so receivers can tell it wasn't forged. We look for keys on the 25 selectors big providers use, or the one you enter.
DMARC tells receivers what to do with mail that fails SPF and DKIM: nothing, spam folder, or reject. It also sends you reports showing who sends as your domain.
We also show MTA-STS (encrypted delivery to you) and BIMI (your logo in the inbox) for information. They don't affect the score.
Reading your result
Fix the red ones first.
- Fix now: receivers will reject or spam-folder your mail, or anyone can send as you.
- Fix soon: works today, but leaves you open to spoofing or to stricter rules.
- Pass: set up correctly.
The score counts MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC equally: 25 points each for a pass, 12 for “fix soon”. It measures your set-up, not your sending reputation.
Sending cold email at volume? Do it from separate domains, never your main one, so a bad week can't hurt the email your clients rely on. That's how we run cold email lead generation for clients: dedicated domains and inboxes, each one checked like this before it sends.

Questions
Common questions.
Is it really free?
Yes. No sign-up and no email address. It reads public DNS records, the same ones every mail server checks when your email arrives.
Why does it say DKIM wasn't found when we have it?
DKIM keys live under a name your provider chooses, called a selector. We check the 25 most common ones. If yours uses another name, enter it in the selector box. Google Workspace uses "google"; Microsoft 365 uses "selector1" and "selector2".
What's the difference between SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
SPF lists the servers allowed to send as your domain. DKIM signs each email so receivers can tell it wasn't changed or forged. DMARC tells receivers what to do when an email fails both, and sends you reports about it.
Do I need all three?
If you send more than 5,000 emails a day to Gmail or Yahoo addresses, yes: both require SPF, DKIM and DMARC for bulk senders. Below that they require SPF or DKIM, but all three is the safe set-up for anyone who relies on email.
Should DMARC be p=none, quarantine or reject?
Start at p=none with a reports address, read the reports for a few weeks, and fix any of your own services that fail. Then move to quarantine, and finally reject. Jumping straight to reject can block your own email.
Will a perfect score keep me out of spam?
It removes the most common technical reason for landing in spam. What you send, who you send it to and how many people mark it as spam matter too.
